Request deletion through the product you connected.
Booleo connects a social account on behalf of another product. If you are the end user of that product, ask its operator to delete your Booleo data. The operator can send an authenticated, repeat-safe deletion request using the end-user reference it assigned to you.
What the request removes
A completed end-user deletion removes connections, locally stored encrypted credentials, pending sign-in state, exclusive post content, and exclusive uploaded media from Booleo's active systems. Data shared with another non-deleted destination can remain only while that destination still refers to it. The deletion result reports counts, not account or content details.
Instagram disconnection
Disconnecting Instagram removes the connection and encrypted credential held by Booleo. Instagram does not provide the provider-side token deletion operation used by this integration. Disconnection does not delete an Instagram account or a post already hosted by Instagram.
Timing and status
Deletion immediately blocks new work. An already-started provider request is allowed only to reach a bounded final result before cleanup continues. Stored media is not reported as deleted until object storage confirms deletion or confirms that the object is absent. A customer can inspect the authenticated deletion status and safely retry failed storage cleanup.
Current infrastructure limits
Production log, replica, and backup retention are not yet configured or claimed. The production systems and their retention settings must be reviewed before Booleo publishes a promise about deletion from those systems.
